Idaho Education Association (IEA) is the state’s largest professional employee organization and its leading association for professional public school educators. Founded in 1882, IEA’s members defend the teaching profession and believe public education is strengthened when educators are respected for their contributions to our state and its families.IEA’s thousands of members work in virtually every school building Idaho.
