Bridge International College (BIC) offers New Zealand Certificate of English Language (NZCEL) Levels 3, 4 and 5 which provide students with English language proficiency and the academic skills to continue their studies within partnering schools, Universities or other tertiary schools. BIC is a member of English New Zealand.
