ICDL Sudan is Powered by NileSoft Technology, the representative of the Computer Driving Skills Ltd. (SPECTO), the National Operator of the ICDL program in many countries including Sudan. SPECTO Ltd. was appointed by ECDL Foundation to operate the ICDL program in Sudan. The ECDL Foundation, a not-for-profit organization based in Dublin, Ireland, is the worldwide governing body and licensing authority for ECDL (European Computer Driving License) and ICDL (International Computer Driving License).
