We IBC Petroleum Ltd. are a company that buys and re-sells petroleum products such as D2, CRUDE , JET FUEL and LNG. Our preference is to enter into 12 months contracts with rollovers. Our preferred delivery port is FOB Rotterdam, Houston or any safe port along the Black Sea.
