I-ADVISE AG is an independent audit and advisory firm specialised in transaction advisory and valuation services. Our transaction advisory services include financial and tax due diligences provided to potential buyers, vendor side services (vendor assistance and vendor due diligence) in preparation of a divestiture as well as post acquisition support as part of the post-merger integration process.
