We have achieved ISO9001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 accreditation, ASME 'U' and 'R' Certification as well as Russian TR CU Certification and have representatives Worldwide. Operating from our 6,500m² site in Slaithwaite, we cover a diverse range of Industries from Offshore, Marine, Subsea, Nuclear, Steel and Aluminium Production, Minerals and Mining, Industrial, Railway, Power Generation and Renewable Energy. Our Design Department utilise the latest SolidWorks, AutoCAD and FEA Simulation software. We are fully capable of supplying highly certified equipment to BSEN10204:2004 3.2 in accordance with Lloyds Register, DNV, Bureau Veritas and ABS. We house a combination of state-of-the-art 3 and 4 axis CNC machining centres, CNC lathes and conventional machines, backed up by our temperature controlled 3-axis Co-ordinate Measuring Machine and Edgecam software. Our in-house welders are Lloyds approved to BSEN287-1:2011 and ASME IX. We have a large fully equipped fitting facility with 20 tonnes lifting capacity and sophisticated test rigs, testing on mineral oil, water glycol and nitrogen. We satisfy cleanliness of ISO4406:1999 Class 17/15/12 (NAS 1638 Class 6) and better. Our dedicated Repair Department are specialists on all types of hydraulic equipment for Industrial, Marine and Off-Shore applications to name a few.
