"New York’s Premier Jam & Jelly Maker” We make old-fashioned, simple ingredient fruit spreads in the bountiful Finger Lakes region of New York. We are a producer of specialty, small batch fruit preserves and spicy spreads of all kinds. We customize recipes for private brands, but we are best known for our Hunter & Hilsberg line of simple ingredient, old-fashioned preserves and jellies. Our certifications include: • NYS Certified MWBE (WBE small business) • SQF Food Safety Code (GFSI) certified manufacturing facility The majority of our products contain three ingredients or less, and, are responsibly sourced, all-natural, vegan, and free of nuts, gluten, grain and GMOs. Our sourcing starts locally and has expanded from the Finger Lakes region to growers across New England and the east coast U.S., and now to the western United States. We know many of the growers personally and are a supporter of family farms and small businesses through our purchasing, lobbying and advocacy. We are a 100% green, energy independent operation, generating our electricity through our dedicated renewable energy system. Our production is powered by our wind and solar equipment, our water is sourced on-site, and our ingredient waste is composted and then used to enrich the soils of our family-owned fruit farm.
