Huis Andrew Murray Child and Youth Care Centre, a programme of BADISA Western Cape, Wellington, is a registered NPO child and youth care centre (children’s home), which provides residential care to 155 children (between the ages of 1 and 18) outside the children’s family environment in accordance with a residential care programme suited and developed for the children in the centre. We aim to effectively address the emotional and physical damage that children have done and to give each child the opportunity to live as normal as possible within the community. Our children come from all over the Boland region. Huis Andrew Murray is a registered Children's Home and a registered Public Benefit Organisation (PBO no 930006348). In terms of Section 18A of the Income Tax Act nr. 58 of 1962, bona fide donations are tax-deductible in the hands of the donor.
