HT Capital Group runs a Diversified Investment Fund seeking to generate risk-adjusted return of invested capital by capitalizing on the supply/demand imbalance of the small/mid-size real estate credit market and providing short-term financing for the diversified projects. Investor’s capital is preserved and secured by first or second liens on the underlying assets.
