The academic club for HR at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon was launched in 2005. In keeping with the spirit of the name, HR Direction conducts regular industry sessions and organizes competitions for management students across the country. The members of the club invite corporate heads in HR, as well as leading academics to help students gain insights into the latest developments in Human Resources. HR Direction also facilitates Live Projects to give the students hands on experience in the world of Human Resource Management. It works on increasing corporate interactions as well and facilitating sessions headed by Alumni on burning issues in the HR domain. The club also organizes regular events such as Eleusis. This is a three day event, organized under the umbrella of Imperium – the annual B-School Fest at MDI Gurgaon. We also organize the flagship one day event HR Conclave.
