"HR Exchange" as the name suggests is a non-profit job referral network run by volunteers. Hot Openings in various organisations are consolidated every month via our volunteers who nominated themselves as a referrer through employee referral programs in their respective organisations. such consolidated list of hot openings then broadcasted to those who have joined as a job seeker to search and find more relevant job matching their profile. job seekers then reply with their referral request in the Opening IDs and such requests are further routed to the actual referrer.
