The Hani Qaddumi Fund is one of the initiatives of the Qaddumi Foundation. It aims to support talented youth in their lifelong journey and prepare them for the jobs of today and the future. HQF's work focuses on the current youth through three tracks, each of which constitutes a separate track, but together work to empower youth to drive progress and prosperity for their society and country. These tracks are: scholarships providing access to quality education, continuous and adult learning to help them develop and advance professionally, and entrepreneurship to develop entrepreneurial skills among Palestinian youth as essential tools to keep pace with the labor market now and in the future. The Qaddumi Foundation, previously known as the Hani Qaddumi Scholarship Foundation, is a non-profit foundation established in 2000 by the Qaddumi family. The Qaddumi Foundation is working towards its vision of empowered youth, prosperous Palestine. صندوق هاني القدومي هو أحد مبادرات مؤسسة القدومي، ويسعى إلى دعم الشباب المبدع في رحلتهم للتعلم مدى الحياة وإعدادهم لوظائف اليوم والمستقبل. يستهدف الصندوق في عمله التركيز على الشباب الحالي من خلال ثلاث محاور يشكّل كل منها مسارًا منفردًا، ولكنها مجتمعة تعكس توجهًا لتمكين الشباب من النهوض بمجتمعهم وبلدهم. وهذه المحاور هي: المنح الدراسية التي تركز على التعليم النوعي، والتعلم المستمر وللراشدين لتعزيز وتطوير مسيرتهم العملية، وريادة الأعمال لتعزيز المهارات الريادية لدى الشباب الفلسطيني كمهارات أساسية لمواكبة سوق العمل اليوم وفي المستقبل. مؤسسة القدومي، التي كانت تعرف بمؤسسة هاني القدومي للمنح الدراسية، هي مؤسسة غير ربحية أسستها عائلة القدومي في عام 2000. تعمل المؤسسة برؤية واضحة نحو شباب متمكن، وفلسطين مزدهرة.
