Hotel California Tequila was created as a tribute to a people, a place and to generations of tradition. Originally crafted to be the house tequila for the iconic Hotel California in Todos Santos, Mexico, Hotel California Tequila is made in the highlands of Jalisco with 100% Blue Weber Agave. Its distinct old-school tequila flavor comes from Hotel California’s proprietary yeast grown from organic Blue Weber Agave and complemented by the natural airborne yeasts born of the surrounding fruit fields. The brand’s unique cool-distillation process concentrates these flavors and aromas giving it a character not found in other tequilas. The tequila is aged in both American and French Oak barrels and only when the tequila has deemed that it’s ready, is the first sip poured.
