Together we have stayed and lived in 200+ Airbnbs around the world. We’ve also hosted and co-hosted many guests in over 100+ properties across the U.S., Canada, Europe, New Zealand, and the Dominican Republic. With Caitlin’s background in business operations, marketing, and hospitality, and Stefanie’s expertise in creative marketing and customer service, paired with our combined experience as Airbnb guests, we bring a unique perspective and methodical approach to our clients and the properties we advise. Since the inception of Host & Stay, we’ve delivered performance optimization on 200+ Airbnb and short-term rental listings, ranging from scenic mountain cabins to beautiful beachfront hotels, and vibrant urban condos to luxury family homes.
