We help people discover a path to recovery, experience healing, and establish patterns of living for mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Our offerings are fully online, so you can find the help and support you need wherever you are. SERVICES OFFERED Our intensive outpatient program includes the following: Individual therapy Our therapists are trained in a variety of methodologies, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, trauma-informed care, and more. They are highly skilled and tailor individual therapy to meet the needs and goals of each person. Individual therapy is provided twice per week. Group therapy Group therapy is held three times a week at varying hours. Some groups are for processing, some are focused on specific needs/approaches to integration. Peers from group can be significant sources of strength and support. Classes and activities Our psycho-education includes everything from Yoga and restorative body movement to life skills and spirituality. Our classes are offered three times a week and fall into 4 main categories: therapeutic arts, physical health & recovery, recovery coaching, and awareness/education. Our goal is that you will be able to learn more about your unique diagnosis, develop skills, and strengthen your personal identity -- allowing you to better cope with and integrate this part of yourself into a fulfilling life path. Case management Our case managers help ensure our clients are matched up with the services, classes, and treatment resources they need. Our goal is that clients never feel they are on this journey alone. Our case managers are just one way we walk every step with you. Medication management Our medical team is trained specifically in this field and is here to help you find the medication and supplements that are best for you. You can meet with them as often as weekly if/when medication becomes part of your care program.
