Holos provides Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solutions. Founded in 1996 as a spinoff of “Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia/Universidade Nova de Lisboa", it maintains a high level of cooperation in RTD projects. With facilities in Portugal, Dubai and represented in Angola, Holos's mission is to contribute to the technological development of organizations, providing innovative products and services to improve access to information, support decisions and generate knowledge. Focusing on sectors such as banking and finance, energy and public administration, Holos offering includes: - Google Business Solutions and additional services: migration, change management, training and support; - Risk Management Systems; - Data Exploitation (data warehouse and mining) and Business Intelligence (BI) based on SAS technology. Holos implements sophisticated solutions for critical business areas, focusing on cloud based solutions and SaaS-Software as a Service. Holos also provides services such as development of Decision Support Systems, consultancy and infrastructure management in ICT, development of multimedia products, web sites and e-commerce platforms (online stores). Holos has been awarded "PME Lider" certification since 2012. It has several strategic partnerships with major global suppliers such as Google, SAS or PayPal. The company is member of industry associations, such as COTEC and DANOTEC and is certified by the Ministry of National Defense to supply military technology.
