Overview

Our humble beginnings trace back to the year 1944 when Mr Satish Chona started an ice cream parlour in Karachi (then part of India). Post partition and after moving to multiple cities, he started his first QSR in Ahmedabad. From a pushcart selling ice cream outside Ahmedabad Railway Station, we’ve now grown to 100-plus restaurants and eateries across India and one in the USA. Ice creams have always been part of the company's DNA. Having sold Havmor in 2017 in a landmark deal to a South Korean conglomerate, we have ventured back into ice creams under the Hocco brand name. With a legacy spanning almost 80 years, Hocco is a testament to innovative culinary experiences and keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do across all our brands. Our portfolio of ventures — Hocco Eatery, 1944 The Hocco Kitchen, Hocco Ready-to-Eat, Huber & Holly and Hocco Ice Cream — reflects our dedication to reshaping the way people experience food and flavours.
