HLP UK Ltd is a RICS accredited, multi-disciplinary practice providing building consultancy, architectural design and project management services to UK clients. As experienced building surveyors, we have the knowledge to help you make informed and cost effective and strategic decisions about your property. Acting for landlords or tenants, we carry out work for clients at all stages of a lease, from acquisition surveys and reports to end of lease dilapidations and negotiations. We work extensively to support clients on compliance and planning issues, preventing building disputes and acting as your expert. Our architectural design team brings a wealth of commercial experience to a design challenge. One of our core strengths is the ability to translate a concept design into a workable solution across a range of different environments. Our experienced project managers work on client projects across the UK and Ireland ensuring that clients’ properties are transformed on time and on budget. Our team has over sixty years’ combined experience in the sector and we can provide a full survey/design/project management service or support clients with specific services and skills.
