Overview

We establish the workforce for IT startups in Egypt & GCC. In their constant trials to make the world a better place by helping humanity develop in several fields like health and education, 73% of technology startups face extreme difficulties finding the right tech talents at the right time. HiringTroops was founded in 2020 with the mission of revamping the hiring recipe. We are helping the uprising startups in the MENA region and the emerging markets by hiring, building, and scaling up their technology teams using unusual tricks. Our troops' story has started with an observation of the global shortage of tech talents VS the humanitarian technology needs, and how painful, complex and hard it is to find the top talents needed. We started thinking about how we can improve the lives of both the employers and the talents by connecting them. At HiringTroops we are right in the middle of the tech community, surrounded by top talents. We know their drives and aspirations, so we help them connect with the right employers and stay with them for long terms.
