Overview

High Bluff Services, LLC is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) owned company specializing in federal government contracting. Headquartered in Egegik, Alaska, High Bluff Services is a subsidiary of the Becharof Corporation, established under the terms of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) in 1971. High Bluff Services provides quality facility support services and other related disciplines to our government customers. Acting with integrity worthy of our shareholders, our deep commitment is to provide exceptional services, seamless project management, and to develop and grow long-term, synergetic partnerships. Our core capabilities involve complete facility support services, including building maintenance, custodial, ground and landscaping, office administrative, and other support services. 8(A) PROGRAM CERTIFICATION High Bluff Services benefits from having 8(a) certification, enabling federal agencies to procure a wide variety of services from our team through direct award contracts. The government may request to negotiate with High Bluff Services for sole source acquisitions without an agency justification (FAR 19.808-1) as an incentive of this program for economically disadvantaged citizens. This process virtually guarantees streamlined negotiations, thereby accelerating the award process and helping to build strong partnerships. 8(A) CONTRACT ADVANTAGES • Much faster speed of Contract Award (normally 3-4 weeks) • Cannot be protested • May be valued up to $100M without justification • Significantly saves on procurement costs and shortens cycle • Negotiated SOW and price • Sets the foundation for partnering • Uninterrupted operations • Improves performance and quality • Lowers program risk • Exempt from competitive thresholds
