We use only quality whole food ingredients that are protein and nutrient dense. We have incorporated free range egg white to our high protein superfood mix. Egg white is considered a complete protein because it contains all of the amino acids and it's recognised for its high rate of absorption. That's why you only need a third of a cup - that gives you the equivalent protein to three eggs!
