HERMIONE CRISIS NEGOTIATORS The HERMIONE network is a non-governmental organization for the recognition and promotion of crisis negotiation. Every day, all over the world, people are taken hostage, held captive and held against their will. Every day, crisis negotiators risk their lives to save them and bring them back close to their families. The HERMIONE network brings together negotiators of all nationalities exercising or having exercised their function within the police force, the gendarmerie, the armed forces and in any public administration of defense and security. HERMIONE is also a space for exchange and sharing of experiences and methods for all crisis negotiators who wish to transmit their knowledge and acquire new knowledge. HERMIONE trains, free of charge, administrations, police services and Special Forces units that wish to certify themselves on the HERMIONE method or train internal monitors on the HERMIONE method. RESCUE NEGOTIATOR OF THE YEAR Each year, the HERMIONE network awards the "Rescue Negotiator of the Year" award to a woman, man or crisis negotiation team who has distinguished themselves in the rescue of hostages, barricaded persons, kidnapped persons, or illegally detained persons. The prize is associated with the award of US$ 10,000, which the winner must give to the association of his choice, in the country of his choice.
