HER’OES and associates is a consulting firm that aims at advising companies and organizations on gender-related issues in order to achieve gender equality in the workplace. Our ambition ?: Change how women are perceived. Our history: Two sisters persuaded tthat with ambition, hard work, and with the objective to become the leading player on gender advisory, everything is possible. Agathe is currently doing a Master's Degree at HEC Paris, one of the world's best business schools. She received, among 37 other women worldwide, in March 2019 the "Next Generation Women Leaders" award from McKinsey. Margaux, co founded at the age of 24, Entr'elles London, the French network dedicated to French and French Speaking women in London. Back in Paris, she participated at RedForExecutiveWomen, a project done by Gael Dupret, photographing 100 women acting for gender equality. Also, she is a lecturer about women history. Our actions ? HER’OES and associates aims at auditing parity and advising organizations on gender-related specific issues. We have already given conferences within EY, OCTO Technology, but also helped Carmila (Carrefour Group) on gender advisory.
