Helyos is a specialist consulting firm whose directors have extensive experience in Defence and other key Government agencies, including Prime Minister and Cabinet. This includes providing executive advice on international engagement and national defence matters. Helyos have an intimate and detailed understanding of the planning, management and governance requirements for Defence programs and projects. Helyos provides support in key disciples including Program Management, Project Management and Strategic Business Advice. Its directors have recently supported high-profile Defence projects through the internal approval process and through Government approval. They have provided program level Strategic Business Advice within Defence, recently for Army and Navy Headquarters. Helyos is well versed in the procurement regulations and policies used in Government and is able to provide contracting and procurement advice to support small scale projects through to large market engagement activities.
