Helvartis is a non-profit organisation headquartered in La Chaux-de-Fonds (NE). It was founded in 1994 by the Commercial Employees Society in collaboration with the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). Helvartis has one principal mandate: to develop concepts of practical training geared towards learning the various occupations of the commercial branch. We offer programs that are both quick to apply and adaptable to the various needs of the economy. The «turnkey» services made available to our partners help them see through their plan to train in a Practice Enterprise (PE). The PEs in our network are regularly contacted by companies looking to recruit new talents. Thanks to the close monitoring of each participant, the PE leaders are able to steer recruiters towards the candidate they are looking for.
