Helping Agents & Agent Success School is a unique partnership of services, classes, and training for real estate agents. Our school provides unique classes for CEs as well as nationwide online courses. Helping Agents has a blog, social media sites, marketing services, and support network designed to help real estate agents grow their businesses. Our community is about getting the right mindset, the right training, having support, and doing daily action steps that build a business, not a job. We want to help agents work ON their business, not in a real estate job. Mind - Motivation - Mastery - Millions! Tanya Eldert started the school in 2018 after spending years teaching at local REALTOR Associations, becoming a founding member of Realty Partners, getting her broker license and then her instructor license in Florida. Tanya was also a corporate and curriculum trainer in the tech industry, plus has run a marketing agency for over 15 years! Tanya brings a new style of training to real estate, especially online. Her experiential learning has been proven to help students learn better, retain the information longer, and create an atmosphere that promotes ACTION after the classes. Most important is the fact that the school focuses not only on helping the students with the course; but also afterwards.
