Overview

We are an organic, herbal tea creation hub based in Nelson, New Zealand. Our teas are certified organic (imported)/organically-grown/sprayfree/certified foraged (NZ), thoughtfully hand-blended and hand-packed into compostable packaging. Our teas are blended for wellness benefits as well as outstanding flavour. We started with 4 herbs, an urban garden, a love of tea and a loathe of lawn-mowing. We now only grow a select few herbs and have growers all over New Zealand. We have an active Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/HekeHomemadeHerbals/ We also stock over 40 NZ businesses from refilleries, gift shops, wellness centres, organic shops, hairdressers, co-ops to cafes and restaurants. We offer bulk wholesale supplies or our retail packets. Many businesses also request signature blends which we create to reflect the unique aspects of a business; or we can liaise to provide teas for rebranding in certain circumstances. We now have over 65 blends and courier nationwide daily.
