INNOVATION: The HEAT team prides itself on innovation. Whether it's a new pushup variation, a unique workout structure, or doing bicep curls while standing on your head, the HEAT team is dedicated to making sure that "you never do the same workout twice." INTENSITY: We all need a little kick-in-the-rear from time to time, but nobody wants to be yelled at or forced to do things that they aren't comfortable with. We work hard to maximize each individual's workout intensity, while still keeping you safe and making sure you have fun! PROGRESSION: One of the most important parts of a proper exercise routine, progression is the key to making sure you smash through any fitness plateau. As you get stronger, fitter, and leaner, we'll be there with you to make sure that your workouts continue to match your milestones.
