Founded in 2015, Healthy Synergy, LLC was established as a therapy practice to offer safe, judgement-free counseling services to those in need. To live is to experience all there is in this world, which often includes darkness and struggle. Rooted in the concept of dialectics, Healthy Synergy, LLC believes that being present can aid in the journey to greater joy through the processing of pain.
