The Human Development Research Initiative (HDRI) is a think tank co-founded and run by Sciences Po students (Paris Institute of Political Studies). Our ambition is to generate ideas and knowledge to inform policymaking processes, create open spaces for debate and channel intellectual resources for the monitoring and evaluation of public policies. Our team represents more than 30 countries and this rich diversity is reflected in our work and values. We aspire to become key actors in the policy arena of international development and to bring about change to advance a fair, joint and sustainable development for all. Besides fostering annual research projects, external publications and constant strategic watch on the topical issues of human development, HDRI strives to be an “action tank” creating advocacy campaigns and participating in international events.
