HAY... - Inspired by South American Street Food - Prepared and served from Valdes the Van - Pronounced like "aye" (not "hey") HAY... means "there is" in Spanish/Castellano. It often precedes the products for sale in the calls of the street hawkers across South America, e.g. "Hay empanadas, hay agua, hay pan, hay helados" etc. We're hoping to bring our interpretation of South American street foods and the street vibe to the UK.
