We work with Construction Lending Departments within banks, SBA Lenders, and Private Money Lenders to outsource their fund control process and Construction Progress Inspections on construction projects. We also provide inspection-only services for lenders that would like us to perform Collateral Asset Inspections or Construction Progress Inspections on properties they have in their portfolios.
