The mission of Hart Felt Ministries is to honor God by enriching the lives of seniors and enabling them to age in place with dignity and grace.
Hart Felt Ministries was established in 2002 as a non-profit organization that helps frail senior citizens in Jacksonville, Florida age in place. We do this through our amazing network of volunteers that give of their time, services and generous donations. Our ministry provides support to local seniors to age gracefully in their own homes by doing minor home repairs and building wheelchair ramps. We also offer emergency financial assistance, gift cards for groceries and veterinary services for their furry companions. Most importantly, our volunteers spend time building relationships with our clients and offering respite for their caregivers.
