Typically our clients those are looking for debt and/or equity for acquiring commercial real estate assets or are sponsors who are seeking to repurchase their loans and/or recapitalize and restructure their existing assets from ranging from $1-$30 million. Our company also provides liquidity for banks, hard money lenders and other lenders with legacy assets on their balance sheet. This includes "bad bank" joint venture option. Our capital investment team has the proven ability to identify, structure and finance commercial real estate opportunities throughout the United States, offering structured products including bridge loans, direct equity, preferred equity and mezzanine capital.
