Hancock Architecture offers a variety of services including planning, design and construction documents, bidding assistance, and construction administration. The firm also offers construction management services and grant writing services. We believe that a properly designed structure should improve the lives of those who use, live, work, and visit it. Our buildings strive to be environmentally sound and achieve a high level of functional clarity, energy efficiency, personal comfort and aesthetic value. Because we are a small firm, we have the advantage of being able to work closely as a team in an open environment. Our culture fosters respect for one another’s responsibilities and talents and offers our clients a highly qualified and stable team to work on their project. When working with new clients, our first goal is to earn their trust. We accomplish this by a pretty simple rule – we do what we say we’re going to do. We strive to respond in a timely manner.
