Overview

Halcyon is a Toronto-based artist and project coordinator. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy and currently coordinates projects surrounding mental health and addiction resources for both Youth Employment Services and the University of Toronto. Her niche shifted from pencil crayon drawings to gouache paintings during the pandemic, and she started experimenting with murals more recently. If she isn't embedding elements of fantasy to her human subjects, her love for animals and nature is inspiring her creative work. Halcyon’s art and prose have been showcased on numerous occasions by the University of Toronto, the Art Gallery of Ontario, and for mental health advocacy and environmental conservation in Canada and the United States. Halcyon is always open to connecting with other artists in the community.
