Bi-annually we bring in world-class leaders to share insights, tools and encouragement for leading with integrity and authenticity. Contrary to much of our culture, you don’t have to work a million hours a week, or watch your back every second, or deal in the gray areas to get ahead or succeed beyond your wildest dreams. The Gwinnett Leadership Forum is about leading with compassion and commitment to higher principles. It’s about becoming your best self – not only at work, but at home, in the community, and anywhere you serve. We offer attendees the opportunity to get involved with ongoing leadership groups that put into practice the skills and attributes discussed at the forum.
