Gunjur Project Association was established in 2006 and registered as a UK charity in 2016 , Charity Reg No: 1171815. GPA supports and contributes towards development in The Gambia through striving to introduce locally sustainable projects in education, health and environment and supporting community led initiatives. The Gunjur Project Association was established following a demand to help the local community by visitors to The Gunjur Project Lodge, who promote community-based tourism in The Gambia. We need your help to make all these projects continue to work. You can arrange a standing order to make a regular contribution or you can make a one off payment. All donations are vital for the work we do. How your donation is spent is up to you – Either make a donation to our emergency fund, which we use for a wide range of areas (we will report back to you on how it was spent) OR you can make a request for a specific project or sponsorship.
