Overview

The group was born in 1956 with Ercole Cellino and from that moment on we have cultivated simple but winning ideals, at the basis of which there are qualities and diversification. Inside the group there are: Simec spa, industrial mill producer of semolina and flours of high quality; Pastificio F.lli Cellino srl, industrial pasta factory from which a tasty and valuable pasta is born; Fette di Sole srl, industrial biscuit factory that every day produces excellent biscuits, healthy and unmistakable taste. The goal of the group is therefore to generate an impact in consumers and, at the same time, a growth of the brand, through the definition of a clear and unequivocal mission that results in a sustainability-led strategy. Social and environmental sustainability represent for the Cellino family a lever to make the consumer perceive a strong goal, able to fuel his confidence in the company, encourage identification dynamics with the values of the same and consequently increase the relevance of the brand on the market. Starting from the last year, the group is pursuing this goal thanks to the new Baking Lab, an advanced and equipped center of excellence in “White Art”, dedicated to research and development, experimentation, innovation on flour and baked goods. The laboratory is an important point of sharing and connecting to customers, able to provide qualified technical-scientific support and to meet particular needs or needs that allow an improvement of our business.
