The Azienda Agricola Cascina della Pesa is born, near Cioccaro di Penango (AT) Piedmont, Italy. Our history: Property since 1771 of the Farotto FAROTTO family, by the Germanic Farawald staff, composed of fara, "family", and weald, "power", therefore in the sense of "householder". In Cioccaro, in 1771 the cousins Carlo Francesco and Giuseppe bought from Stefano Cerruti «vineyard, house, stable and site» in Serralitica, the current area of the Peso Pubblico with the Casa Gagliardone, the former Elementary school, the Cascina della Pesa and the Parish Church.
