Grimwood Architecture + Urban Design is a design focused architectural practice specializing in boutique, urban, low-rise, high-density housing. We have developed a process tailored specifically to projects that involve the densification of highly constrained urban infill sites that are subject to a multi staged rezoning + public approval process.
