We are a fully ISO 9001 / 14001 and 45001 compliant company with the highest levels of standards. We specialise in, Jenbacher, Caterpillar and MAN engines with knowledge of many other reciprocating engines. OVERHAUL and MAINTENANCE We Maintain and operate gas reciprocating engines and gas turbines across many sites. These are monitored 24/7 by our team of skilled maintenance technicians and electrical engineers maintain. The operation and maintenance of the equipment is all carried out in house and the team have unparcelled experience and knowledge in the industry. Our team constantly seek to optimise plant performance at natural gas-fuelled combined heat and power (CHP) facilities – to enable fuel, carbon and cost savings for clients as well as Biogas-fuelled combined heat and power facilities for municipal and commercial waste, waste water treatment works and for farm-based agricultural biogas plants. Green V Energy also maintain the equipment associated with the generation of power. Our electrical team have an in-depth knowledge of HV electrical and are responsible for maintaining all of our HV equipment. The team also undertake minor maintenance on LV equipment where we also install all our own systems. ENGINE SALES Working very closely with several manufacturers and current engine owners, we can source and deliver both new and used engines for natural gas, landfill gas and biogas to match customer requirements. We provide and install new engines that are built to the customer requirements with a Comap open protocol control system fitted ranging from 50 KWh - 250 KWh output Engines are sourced from a number of partners within the industry in order to match customer needs PARTS SUPPLY We supply parts across for all servicing, repairs, and ongoing maintenance needs up to and including complete overhauls and rebuilds.
