GREAT SOUTHWEST COUNCIL, INC., BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA is a proven character education program using an outdoor laboratory to improve the lives of 7,000 young men and women with the support of 4,500 dedicated volunteers. The council's territory consists of 88,000 square miles in central and northern New Mexico, southwest Colorado and the Navajo Nation in Utah and Arizona.
