Great-Shape was set up by me as I wanted to help others achieve their desired level of fitness. I know that there are no short cuts and it is only achieved by hard work and time, and I am also aware that with busy lives many of us either don't have the time or the motivation to lead a full on healthy lifestyle. So with this in mind I developed Great-Shape and everything it stands for.
