The Grand Lodge of Ancient, Free & Accepted Masons of North Carolina is the governing body of the state’s regular Freemasons, chartered in 1771 and recognized as a Regular Jurisdiction by the United Grand Lodge of England (UGLE). Its headquarters are based at 2921 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27608. There are more than 365 chartered subordinate lodges working under the authority of this Grand Lodge, located in cities and towns across North Carolina.
