Taking an already successful model with leading restaurant brands and world class culinary cuisine, Gourmania established a specialized team to focus on the food and beverage business growth and expansion - thereby allowing the hotel to focus on its core business. With international franchises such as Fauchon Paris and some successful brands dating back 20 years, Gourmania continues to be at the pinnacle of restaurant and concept development and management. FRANCHISING Based on the high demand of acquiring restaurant brands under Gourmania, we have recently established a franchise division with projects underway in Dubai, Oman and Irbil. Our franchising division provides full support to franchisees - from start to finish. These services include restaurant location acquisition, training, menu development, task force support, restaurant and kitchen design as well as ongoing marketing assistance. FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONSULTANCY For the entrepreneur interested in starting up a restaurant or related business, Gourmania also handles turn-key project consultancy. Using our wealth of knowledge we assist in feasibility studies and the establishment of bespoke and detailed operating and recipe manuals.
