Goldensand Capital Advisors is an advisory investment banking firm, founded in 2012 by Artur da Silva Fernandes, focusing its activity on three areas: i) Financial Services and Insurance ii) Real Estate and Tourism iii) High Tech Our Firm performs under the strict principles of expedite execution, non-conflict of interest, confidentiality, top-tier quality services, fully focused project teams and best achievement of client interests and goals. Goldensand was born out of the idea of exploiting the Founder’s seasoned experience of more than 3 decades in the financial services and real estate industries, where he steered capital investments of over €5bn in Portugal, Spain, Eastern Europe, Brazil, and the US markets. The firm focuses on structuring, advising, and co-investing in landmark projects in a proactive and long-term partnership with its clients, in bending towards its company motto. In various forms of mezzanine or equity type of instruments, the Goldensand management team and its private group of investors, is able to commit to co-invest its own capital in generated deals to align its interests with those of its clients, acting in both capacities of investment advisor/manager and local partner/investor. Since inception, the Goldensand Group of companies, have generated, assessed the risk, DD, valued or executed, more than 500 transactions of different types, sizes, sectors, capital development stages and financial structures, either in the form of investment, merger or takeover, brokering, advisory service role, or leading a capital raising deal or a private placement sponsorship.
