The company provides a broad mix of business strategic planning, budgeting, full front to back change management, and securities trading business development advisory services to various Financial Institutions. As such we act as subject matter expertise in Business strategy/analysis/advisory. Development and implementation of various Front Office Business and Risk related initiatives engaged across Capital Market, Rates, Credit, Equities, Structured derivatives trading desks within Securities firms and Investment Banks. Fund launches and Front Office trading for Asset Management. Some examples of the work we do with clients are developing their xVA trading desk in the ever changing xVA modelling world, build ETrading platforms connected to various gateways such as ION, Bloomberg and Fidessa, and build pricing and risk calculation engines.
