GODOT is a digital first organization, created to build sensor-based infrastructure to automate the global value chain of oil, water and aluminum. As a supply-chain + technology-as-a-service company, our aim is to optimize supply chains with near real time data insights through an AI Ops platform. We want to add things to sell that maximize a truck route and give the technology to coordinate across multiple data silos and stakeholders. GODOT deploys a unique governance model to build trust with aligned incentives and objectives. To achieve our goals, we implement distributed workforces—organizing teams by skill sets and knowledge sets in a graph database model. It is a combination that offers the agility of the gig economy and the efficiency of autonomous working groups.
