The company was founded by two friends Ben Cleary-Corradini and Theo Roduner who started selling their fresh gnocchi at farmers markets in Brisbane in 2015. From their humble market beginnings the Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers have focused their passion into building a dedicated gnocchi production kitchen as well as the operation of a small but growing collection of busy 'Gnocchi-only' Restaurants and Takeaway Gnocchi Bars.
